Q1: How long in advance must I book?

A1: The best order time is 2-3 months in advance. All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at least 1 month prior to the event date.

Q2: Last minute bookings?

A2: A express production fee will be charge if order is placed within 2 weeks prior to the event.

Q3: Can I change item of dessert table series?

A3: Please contact us for details.

Q4: Can I change the flavour of the desserts if I suddenly like the other flavour?

A4: Only change are allowed prior to 1 month before the event.

Q5: Do you charge on set up & delivery?

A5: Yes, set up will be charged at HKD500 per event. And delivery fee depends on location.

Q6: Can I take the props home?

A6: Props are on rentals, it should be returned as the same condition when it was rented.
